Designed for unsurpassed security and convenience (how many times have you left the house and forgotten your fingers? ...exactly!), this lock is actually MORE secure than a key, the chance of it letting an unauthorised finger open the door is 1 in 100,000. and if it rejects your finger (approximately once in 1000 times) simply try again (easier than calling out the locksmith ’cos your keys broken off in the lock!)
Apart from being possibly the coolest way to let yourself into your house, the FingerLock also comes complete with a personalised PIN number - this facility is designed for emergencies (tell the paramedics the number when you’ve fallen down the stairs and you won’t have to pay for a new door on top of the medical bills!) but also works better than having to get your mate a key cut if they’re babysitting the dog (and if you’re a security-conscious cynic, simply reprogramme the code after they’ve left!)
This is cutting-edge technology and isn’t designed for outside use in an area subject to direct rain. If using lock on outside door it must be mounted in a sheltered area, porch, veranda etc, where it is not going to get wet. Plus, if you’re using it on an external door, please check with your insurance company first!
